2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 32(ii), 41(i), of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 .

3. There is recovery of 387.345 liters of illicit liquor.

4. It is submitted that petitioner's name has figured only on the basis of suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition and submits that petitioner has got 2 criminal
