JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 13.09.2011 contained in Memo No. 655 dated 14.09.2011 passed in Case No. 54 of 2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, West Champaran at Bettiah. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17880 of 2011 (3) dt.25-07-2017 the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
