The following relief has been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"That this is an application for issuing a writ/a nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/direction to the respondents to grant annual increments to the petitioner."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that in paragraph no. 10 onwards to the counter affidavit, already the relief sought for by the petitioner, has been granted to him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, if

Prison, Bihar, Patna, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of five months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ application stands disposed of.
