ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 It appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.05.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 30619 of 2013 with direction that he shall deposit Rs. 750/- per month and in case he fails to do so, his bail would be automatically cancelled. It appears that the petitioner could not deposit the said amount for one month on account of 15th August and did so on the following day and there was delay of one day but Court without considering this fact, cancelled the bail bonds of the petitioner. The order dated 02.05.2015 in A.B.P. No. 350 of 2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nawada is hereby set aside and the previous order is restored if the petitioner pays the arrears within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
