The petitioner is accused in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Braham) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 20(b)(ii)(c)/27/29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. In fact the petitioner has no concern with the seized Ganja. Charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
