The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(A) and 22(a) of the NDPS Act.
As per the prosecution case, 1.9 kgs of ganja and 30 tablets of Activan 1 mg tablet is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 19.2.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49539 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year and not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case no. 119 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj.
