The petitioner prays for further investigation in Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014 dated 23.11.2014 registered under Sections 341/323/324/325/379/447/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.583 of 2015 (2) dt.04-06-2015 2/2 police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Sections 341, 323, 325, 447, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that the Investigating Officer, in course of investigation overruled some relevant materials, and has not found the case true under sections 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code. In case, the petitioner files a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur with respect to his prayer for further investigation, the same shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, the application is, accordingly, disposed of.
