The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020, registered for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the petitioner is named in this case on the basis of self inculpatory statement of co-accused and he is involved in the ATM fraud, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

The petitioner is directed surrender before court below within a period of 2 weeks from the date of order. If, the petitioner does not surrender within 2 weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad will take all steps for apprehending the petitioner.
