From the written report submitted by the informant who happens to be Assistant Engineer, Division-I, Muzaffarpur, in his absence the mob ransacked the office and also misbehaved with Manoj Tiwary, Murari Prasad as well as were also assaulted. Then thereafter news was published in local daily newspaper Dainik Jagran and subsequently thereof, written report was filed. From Annexure, the relevant portion of the Dainik Jagran, there happens to be allegation against the prosecution party itself and virtually it appears that after aforesaid disclosure whereunder deficiency at their part has been exposed, instant case has been registered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47974 of 2014 (2) dt.17-04-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Sri Ram Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.331 of 2014 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
