Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of start of normal functioning of the physical court.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 34, 36, 38, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 15 litre Mahua liquor from a gallon.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37382 of 2020(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
