In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant of this case is Rajdeo Singh, who is Principal of a Degree College. He has stated that he holds a bank account along with one Madhusudan Singh. The petitioner on 29.01.2021 and 25.01.2021 transferred Rs. 8,25,000/- and Rs. 9,65,000/- respectively by playing fraud and forgery. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not withdrawn the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39949 of 2022(4) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 money deposited in his account. He has submitted further that the bank employees has not been made accused in this case. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is also accused in similar nature of cases. It is admitted fact that the abovementioned money has been deposited in the bank account of the petitioner.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him on bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
