Petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No.72 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, and Section 147 of the Railway Act.

It is alleged that 15 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
