2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3314 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 498(A) of the I.P.C. and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Allegation against petitioners is that they used to torture the complainant physically and mentally due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and they also ousted her from matrimonial house.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

No.42431 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the complainant and they have been falsely implicated in this case. They are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of the complainant and her husband. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 3314 of 2018, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr.
