The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that petitioner no. 1 namely Pankaj Kumar caused grievous injury to informant. So far as petitioner no. 2 & 3 are concerned, they are ladies and are alleged to have caused simple injury. There is case and counter case. Both parties are neighbours and due to petty dispute, some casual Maarpit took place between them. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49161 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 is rejected. So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 2 and 3 is concerned, since they are ladies and are alleged to have caused simple injury, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, they are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 325 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
