2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 278 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner was caught with blade wrap etc. The petitioner has similar antecedents. He appears to be a Pickpocket. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits he has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating articles has been recovered from his possession.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the R.J.M., Sonpur (Saran) in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 278/2022.

8. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Sursand Police Station, District- Sitamarhi on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
