2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2025, dated 07.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 303(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 74, 352 and 351(2) of the BNS read with Section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the father-inlaw of informant was on his way to home back, six FIR named accused persons, variously armed, badly assaulted him. It is further alleged that on hearing hulla when the informant came to his rescue, she was also assaulted by the co-accused persons and her golden chain was snatched.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of assault is against the co-accused Vijay Kumar Singh. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner's period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
