JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Sumit Kumar was caught by the police officials when he was fleeing away after committing loot of one Yamaha Motorcycle. The aforesaid Sumit Kumar disclosed that petitioner and one Nitish Kumar have also participated in the aforesaid crime. Thereafter, one Hero Supreme Splender motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner and it is alleged that the aforesaid motorcycle was used in committing loot of Yamaha motorcycle. After arrest of aforesaid Sumit Kumar and recovery of aforesaid Hero Supreme Splender Motorcycle, Birpur P.S.Case No. 188 of 2015 was registered. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 27 of 2016.
