The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.785 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 143, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has assaulted an old lady, who has sustained injury on her head, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
