The petitioners have been in custody since 22.03.2019 in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery has been made from the Pataili Teenmuhani Chowk and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named be released on bail,
