The petitioners seek bail in Complaint Case No. 05/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

About 05 litres of Indian made foreign liquor and 26 litres of country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners and for that the petitioners are in jail since 03.01.2017. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
