2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl with an intention to marry her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has neither kidnapped the daughter of the informant nor has any intention to marry her. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has said that she has left her house of her own. The petitioner is in jail since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
