The petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015 registered under Sections 393, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that when he along with his brother reached near Dadar Mandi Naya Tola, three persons intercepted them and tried to snatch a bag containing sale proceeds. The informant identified the petitioner Dharmendra Yadav in T.I.P, who is said to have fired causing fire arm injury on left arm pit of the brother of the informant. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17678 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 06.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 14 months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for 14 months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S.
