01-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 1.
Two petitioners, in the present writ petition, have prayed for quashing of an order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, vide Annexure - 8 to the writ petition. The dispute was raised in respect of appointment of Shiksha Mitra, which was done in the month of February, 2006.
Patna High Court CWJC No.11821 of 2011 (5) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that post of Shiksha Mitra has already been abolished by the enactment and that has been approved by the Full Bench of this Court, there is no reason to pass any positive order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
