ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 2/ 26-04-2016 This quashing application has been filed against the order dated 03.05.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Purena, in Cr. Revision No.141 of 2014 by which he has affirmed the order dated 04.03.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Araria, in Complaint Case No.C.A.4108 of 2013. Considering that the witnesses are being examined before the Charge, I do not find any justification to interfere with the order impugned.
