2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2018 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 87 of 2019 arising out of Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one loaded revolver and four live cartridges from the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has already suffered more than seven months in custody since he was arrested on 05.11.2018. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent under Section 392 IPC in which he is on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36480 of 2019(2) dt.13-06-2019 2/2 bail.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and also the petitioner's criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail after completion of one year in jail custody. (Vikash Jain, J) Ibrar//- U T
