Petitioners are in custody in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 241 of 2019 for the offence under sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Ranjit Kumar, a co-accused and nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner or from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioners is in custody since 23.10.2019. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from
