2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 10 litres of illegal country made Mahua liquor was recovered from the western side of the house of the petitioner in barren land.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the barren land from where the illicit Mahua liquor was recovered. He further submitted that petitioner was not present on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has clean

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
