JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, who died unnatural death, is in custody in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.683 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that there is allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner leading to torture to the deceased. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within one
