Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application for petitioner no.2 and petitioner no.4 since they have been arrested by the police personnel. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application for petitioner no.2 and petitioner no.4 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49297 of 2021(3) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 So far as the petitioner nos. 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 are concerned, they seek bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioners have to deposit Rs. 25,000/- in the Charitable society of the concerned district and after deposition of such amount, the receipt of the same shall be produced at the time of furnishing bail bond.
