The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 2572 of 2018 by which the vehicle of the petitioner was directed to be released on furnishing a bank guarantee to the extent of the value of the vehicle as indicated in the insurance document.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in position to furnish bank guarantee and as such prays that

This Court does not find merit in the application. It is accordingly dismissed.
