The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Petitioner was driver of the tempo, which was allegedly carrying kerosene oil for sale in the black market. The said kerosene oil was lifted from the P.D.S. Shop of dealer Gorang Bosak.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.01.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15528 of 2018 (3) dt.08-05-2018 P2/ released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.124 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
