2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 448, 354(B), 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner tried to commit rape with the victim girl and was caught on the spot. The petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2024.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship and when they were caught, this false case has been filed. Learned counsel further submitted that the Dy.S.P. has directed the I.O. to file charge-sheet under Sections 447, 448

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 43729 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024.
