====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 20.7.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. The petitioner has filed Matrimonial Case No. 10 of 2014 with a prayer for divorce prior to the filing of the present case. Considering the filing of matrimonial case at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
