Case No. 183 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37342 of 2019(5) dt.20-09-2019 2/3 filed by the married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased and there is allegation against them along with other accused persons that they have caused death of the deceased and thrown the dead body in Ganga River.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and petitioner mother-in-law is aged about 65 years and petitioner sister-in-law (married Nanad) is residing at separate place at Noida and they have falsely been implicated in this case, without any specific allegation against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also, they have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that even no information was given to the informant with respect to death of the deceased. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above and also considering the age of the mother-in-law as well as the fact that petitioner married Nanad is residing in some other place, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two
