SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2025 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application with a liberty to approach the learned court below for regular bail.

If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of five weeks, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal and the same may be considered preferably on the same day and it may also be taken into consideration that the co-accused of this case has already been granted regular bail.
