Petitioners are accused in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 325 of 2016 registered under Sections 290 of the I.P.C. and 30 of Bihar Excise Act. Submission is that petitioners are innocent and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 11.01.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
