2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.1478 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/2 "That, this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction/directions, order/orders, commanding the respondent-authorities to provide the arrears of salaries as dues from December 1993 to 16.11.2009, from 13.09.2017 to 13.11.2017 and 10.04.2018 to 14.02.2020 and other dues, if any with interest thereon or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled to. And presently the petitioner is working in the department of industries at industrial office, Sheohar, on the post of lower Division Clerk from 15.02.2020."

3. Short question for consideration in the present petition is in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 30th August, 2020, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30th August, 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order while passing a speaking order.

4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
