2. The accused/petitioners are named in the FIR and apprehending their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.2 of 2023 registered under Sections 409 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is to fraudulently transfer the cash received for execution of 'Nal Jal Yojna' a welfare scheme of Government of Bihar, where allegation is to defalcate the amount of Rs.3,47,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the entire work on the part of petitioners is now completed for which the sanctioned fund stands fully utilized. It is submitted that out of local political differences, the petitioners have been implicated with present case without having any cogent materials. It is further submitted that petitioners have already deposited Rs. 2000/- in the account of Managing Committee. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that both the petitioners are ladies of clean antecedents.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that the petitioners has now completed the work and also utilized the funds sanctioned for the same purpose.
6. Considering the aforesaid factual submissions, as implication of petitioners prima facie appears for delaying the project and utilization of Government fund, which has now no more exists, couple with the fact that petitioners

No.44264 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 3/3 are ladies of clean antecedents, accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.2 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC.
