JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner raising a grievance that the opposite parties have violated the order and direction dated 22.03.2013 passed by this Bench in C.W.J.C. No. 4555 of 2013 (Annexure-1) and thereby they are liable to be punished for committing contempt of this Court.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.1 to 3 stating therein that in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 22.03.2013 (Annexure-1), representation filed on behalf of the petitioner has finally been disposed of by order dated 03.01.2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause), but the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

In view of the aforesaid order dated 03.01.2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause), this Court is satisfied that the order dated 22.03.2013 (Annexure-1) has been complied with. Therefore, no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt of

Patna High Court MJC No.3341 of 2014 (3) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 Court is made out. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the validity and correctness of order dated 03.01.2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause) in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/court.
