JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376(g) of the Indian Penal Code and The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is alleged against the petitioner that he committed rape upon the informant while the informant was going to ease out. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No.2 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
