On getting confidential information regarding presence of anti-social elements in a jeep, police intercepted the same. One managed to escape whose identity was ascertained as Deepak while remaining were apprehended and from their possession the arms and ammunitions in terms of seizure list were recovered. Furthermore, on search of the vehicle, different items as per seizure list were recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is under custody since 23.01.2016 and as per para-3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedents. Accordingly, petitioner, Ram Prabesh Singh @ Amrendra Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
