JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46676 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of five months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date no evidence has been adduced and petitioner is in custody for the last 16 months.

In view of the facts and circumstances and there is no substantive progress in trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Tanveer Kaur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20119 of 2018 (3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.Case No. 09 of 2017 on the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
