The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2020 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Amrita Devi. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49384 of 2021(4) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
