2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 218 of 2021, G.R. Case No. 4048 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 120-B, 647, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of B.P.I.D. Act, 2002 have been added.
3. It is alleged that the co-accused Nirbhay Kumar Yadav along with other co-accused persons allured the women in the locality to make association and investment. The further allegation is that they took Rs. 4.50 crores from the group leaders of the different groups and they misappropriate the amount.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to enmity and previous grudge. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of the ADHAR Card, which was seized during the investigation. There is no specific allegation against petitioner rather general and omnibus.
5. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer of the bail. Petitioner has four criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of bail stands rejected.
