This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and his wife has since been resolved and they are living together.

In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
