Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already approached the Court of the SDJM, Khagaria for release of his vehicle by invoking relevant provisions of the Cr.PC. However, no decision has been taken thereon. He further contends that if the vehicle remains in the custody, it shall be reduced to scrap.
