Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(A) of the Excise Amendment Act.

48 bottles country-made liquor, containing 400 ml each, are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner whereas; his companion managed to escape from there. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14-06-2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
