This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant and the petitioner are full brother. There is dispute relating to non-transfer of the land in pursuance of agreement between the parties. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. 313C of 2010 to the satisfaction of Shri Ashish Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria, or successor Court.
