JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. 20 liters of country made liquor and 1200 kg. of fermented mahua flower were recovered from the petitioner. Considering the fact that the case was instituted in the year 2006, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Excise Case No. 241 of 2006 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
