2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2015 in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 342, 376, 354/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the victim lady, has been falsely implicated and the main thrust of accusation is against co-accused Mukesh Kumar.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the fact that charge has been framed on 19.09.2016, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
